Your benefits from beginning to end

Apéro offered

From January to March 2024, Hotel Seaside offers you and your conference and seminar guests an aperitif.
For one-day seminars, the Farewell Aperitif at the end of the day, and for conferences lasting several days, the Welcome Aperitif.

This includes
Day seminar
Prosecco and white wine, orange juice, crisps & nuts (half an hour).

Multi-day meetings
Prosecco and white wine, orange juice, crisps & nuts and a small selection of nibbles (period three quarters of an hour).


The entire house is wheelchair accessible and has lifts. Appropriate provisions have also been made in respect to sanitary facilities. Two of the conference rooms are also equipped with audio induction loops, to assist those who hear with difficulty in public places by transmitting audio signals directly to their hearing aid or cochlear implant.


Bright rooms equipped with all the necessary technical aids are at the centre of your event. We will be happy to advise you individually on various seating arrangements and to plan their set-up with you.


All event rooms have extensive basic electronic equipment with ISDN and 2 megabit leased line. In addition, there are 230V and 400V power supplies.

Fitness room

Guests at Hotel Seaside have a modern fitness room at their disposal. Its use is included in the room rate. Here you can train independently in a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere on modern cardio and strength machines, and simultaneously reduce stress and tension.

Coffee pleasure unlimted

Do you and your seminar participants enjoy a cup of strong espresso or mild aromatic coffee in the seminar room after a lively conversation, intensive work or simply in between? 

CHF 8.00 per participant and day (additional to the seminar fixed rate)
CHF 5.00 per participant and half-day (additional to the seminar fixed rate)



Do you or your course participants need a vehicle or an e-bike during your stay? We have a five-seater and 2 e-bikes available for you. Our reception team knows the conditions and availability. Please contact us in advance or during your stay.

Modification and cancellation

Your event’s success is very important to us at our Hotel in Spiez. Up to two working days prior to the event, changes in the number of guests will be accepted at no extra charge. Of course, we will also consider changes that arrive later. However, they will be charged. A complete cancellation of the booked services is free of charge up to 70 days ahead of the event. For a complete cancellation received later, you will be charged 80% of the planned turnover.
If the event is made up for within nine months with the same services and number of participants, you will receive compensation for 50% of the cancellation fee (in the event invoice for the replacement date).


Hotel Seaside is committed to keeping the environmental impact of its activities as low as possible: to avoid greenhouse gas emissions and to compensate for unavoidable emissions. Measures for environmentally-friendly design are continuously being implemented so that you can hold responsible meetings.


As a guest at Hotel Seaside, you benefit from the many advantages of the PanoramaCard Thunersee. For example, you can travel free of charge by bus and post bus throughout the entire region or receive attractive discounts on your excursions. You can obtain this card free of charge with just one overnight stay in a hotel.


Covered and uncovered parking spaces are available to Hotel Seaside guests. Should it happen that all parking spaces are occupied, you will find public parking spaces about 250m away.


Mentally soaring heights and exceptional results require an outstanding infrastructure and professional services. We are happy to equip your premises exactly according to your requirements and specifications. You concentrate on the essentials and we take care of the technical matters - before, during and after your event.
The following technology is included in the seminar room rental: Projector, screen, media trolley, 1x presenter's kit, 2x flipchart, 2x pinboard, power strips.

The media trolley (connection to the beamer) has two connections: USB (click-share) and HDMI (cable). We recommend that the speaker/ seminar leader brings the required adapters himself / herself. We have a small selection of adapters available, but cannot guarantee that the right adapter will be available.

The following equipment can be additionally rented for a fee:

  • Pointer
  • Adapter (if available)
  • Pin boards (additional from the 3rd pin board)

The experienced Hotel Seaside team will be happy to help you or your seminar leader in technical matters.


If desired, documents can be sent to us by mail. We will be happy to make them available in your conference room at the time of the seminar.


Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge both at Hotel Seaside and at the conference centre.
